Core Requirements An understanding of the construction industries Microsoft Project Proficient, key elements being: Project/Data input Scheduling of resources Co-ordination across multiple teams Job Functions Microsoft Project Co-ordination Labour Hours review (T-sheets) Co-ordination scheduling of Project teams, Deliveries, Ordering of uniforms/equipment Project Administration The Role will be: Based – Mascot Hours – some flexibility here, 30 hours a week, across 5 days The Requirements: Previous experience in a similar position within the construction industry will be highly advantageous Clear communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite - especially excel Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment Computer literate and strong IT skills due to introduction of new system to the department.
