We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Team Leader with a current Forklift Licence to join their team This opportunity is an ongoing casual role where you have the opportunity to make bonuses on top of your hourly rate Responsibilities: Lead, coach and motivate a team of container labourers to unpack 20 and 40 foot containers manually Operate a counterbalance forklift to move products that have been unloaded Leading the team to get containers unloaded safely, efficiently and productively Allocating container crew based on projected numbers of containers arriving following day Requirements: Current Forklift (LF) licence with experience operating a counterbalance forklift Physically fit and able to assist with the manual unloading if required. Team Player, the quicker the crew get the containers unloaded, the more money to be made Reliable, great work ethic and a great attitude Your new team: Working in a team of 5 to unload between 6 - 9 containers per day.
