We are seeking an experienced Receptionist and Office Co-ordinator to provide exceptional service to our arriving dance students and families, Based on Sydney's North Shore Join an Internation Prestigious Dance School Permanant role Mon - Fri 8.00am to 4.00pm Discounts for Dance classses, parking onsite Our client is a highly prestigious dance school with intake from students internationally, this is an amazing opportunity to be part of something special. They are now looking for an experienced Receptionist and Office Co-ordinator to manage the day-to-day functions and provide high level administrative support to the Business Manager, this key role is also to represent the school providing a professional caring approach to families and wider community. Your new role: Manage email, mail and telephone correspondence in a timely manner. Use discretion, diplomacy, and initiative to prioritise and manage enquiries, requests, and complaints Diary Management Prepare letter responses to parents as directed Attend to confidential correspondence. File documentation and preparation of reports as required and maintain student records as directed in the CRM Processing payments and invoicing Ensure that the administration of the school functions effectively to support the educational program. Liaise with teaching and administration staff as required. Assist and attend any end of the year Shows as required To be successful: Outstanding organisational ability and attention to detail Interpersonal and relationship building skills. Compassion and confidentiality Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Energy, commitment, resilience, integrity, good humor Able to manage competing demands, balance conflicting priorities and negotiate workable solutions and timeframes whilst maintaining focus, speed, and accuracy. Able to use initiative, be decisive and authoritative. Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as act autonomously and maintain a discreet distance as required by circumstances. Appropriate technological skills Safeguard and promote the welfare of children. Foster a positive relationship with the school and local community. Previous experience in the dance industry or supporting students as an administrator would be desirable. Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check The perks?
