As a Pharmacy Assistant you will work across all departments of our store and will focus on making our customers feel welcome and meeting their shopping experience needs. You will do this by: Providing an exceptional shopping experience at every interaction. Finalise sales and wish a warm return at registers. Gain and maintain product knowledge to assist customers to make the correct purchase for their needs. Acknowledge customers at every opportunity. Promptly attend to customers expressed and unexpressed needs. About You: Your previous experience within a Pharmacy and/or Retail environment will be highly favorable. With your positive attitude and high attention to detail, you will thrive in a team environment where no two days are the same. To be successful in this role you will be required to have a bubbly, bright personality, can work as part of a team and individually, be customer focused enabling you to build strong customer relationships.
