Casual position (approx. 4 hours a week ability to cover planned & unplanned leave) located at our Narre Warren office. $31.08 per hour 25% casual loading Super Salary Packaging of up to $18,550 What you’ll be doing As the Receptionist/Administration Officer you will collaborate across programs/teams at the Narre Warren site to ensure a prompt, efficient and responsive reception and administration service is provided to clients (adults, young people & families), staff and visitors. Duties include: Contributing to the provision of high-quality services to customers and staff through creating a friendly and welcoming environment, excellent customer service, and clerical and administrative support across the site as required. Appointments are booked and managed in accordance with site requirements Ensuring all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner and information about EACH services/program are accurate. Resources, supplies and equipment are checked and maintained on a weekly basis. Keeping all client information confidential. Qualifications Who we’re looking for If you naturally create a welcoming positive environment, portray professionalism and enjoy working with young people and families, then you might be the perfect person to join our team We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence, as well as having completed Year 12 or equivalent, and/or substantial experience working in customer service, health or social and community services.
