Job no: 496150 Work type: Full-time Location: Sydney Categories: Administration The Role We are seeking a Site Administrator to join our team on the Jervis Bay Road Intersection Upgrade project in the Shoalhaven region on the NSW South Coast. This is a fast-paced role and is responsible for all administrative and coordination services which support the Civil Project team. This is a permanent role with SRG Global. Upon completion of this project, there will be the opportunity to move onto other upcoming and ongoing Civil projects. Local-based role – Monday to Friday Works will include: Proposed improvement plan involves grade separating the interchange, the highway will be elevated above the existing road. Design will include dumbbell roundabouts with well-designed on and off ramps. Construction will use a substantial amount of imported fill for a stable foundation. A single-span bridge will be erected, supported by retaining walls. This aims to enhance efficiency and safety of the interchange. Approximately 400 meters of retaining walls, each 8 meters high, will be constructed for stability and integrity of the elevated highway. Key Responsibilities: Coordination of all site personnel’s access paperwork. Looking after New starters – including inductions and related site required documentations. Assist Management with the maintenance of site rosters. Collate and submit weekly timesheets for the team and liaise with payroll on any discrepancies. Weekly invoicing including liaising with our clients. Carry out purchasing including receipting of goods. Filing and record keeping requirements. Assist in the compilation of reports and management system requirements. Maintain stationery and office consumables. Maintain stock and purchases of PPE for employees. Provide assistance in organizing travel and accommodation bookings. Adhoc Duties within the Administrative and Accounts functions as requested by Management. Organise training when required and maintain training records in conjunction with the HSE administrator. The succssful applicant will ideally have: Previous experience in a similar role Strong communication and people skills Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge, in particular MSExcel High attention to detail – experience with high volume invoicing/ purchasing Experience with JobPac will be highly regarded Experience with TimeTarget will be highly regarded Experience with administration of Project Bank Accounts reporting will be beneficial About Us SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
