In this role you will be responsible for providing clerical support to the Centre of Addiction Medicine and the Inpatient Detoxification Unit as well as working effectively as a part of a team. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the reception area is maintained in a customer friendly manner through helpful, cooperative and courteous service and answering the telephone, screening calls, transferring and responding effectively to enquiries. An essential requirement of this role includes multitasking between competing priorities.
