We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Sales Support Co-ordinator who will assist the Sales Manager and Account Managers in processing sales orders by ensuring all required documentation and co-ordination are completed in a timely manner. Your role will also see you prioritising orders and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. There is definitely opportunity for career development for the right candidate looking to join a global market leader. Your New Role: Communicate with Retail Clients on a daily basis. Process data and reports into excel and our database. Create brochures and costing sheets for presentations & submission Manage and collate tender information Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Compliance, Technical and Design teams. Communicate with overseas based factories, following up stock availability Process orders and ensure documentation is accurate Monitor orders and logistics status Manage and coordinate resources required by the sales department Check artwork and packaging against the sales order Check inspection reports against the sales order Process client paperwork and contracts Order and send out sample products To be successful: A proactive approach to tasks at hand – flexible in duties required to get the job done. Enjoy a deadline-driven environment Exceptional organisation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail Intermediate Excel Skills with a strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
