We are seeking a talented content maker to produce and present programs for ABC North Queensland, which involves the creation of content across multiple platforms to engage local and national audiences. Shift work could be a requirement of this role. Under general direction of the local Bureau Editor, you will: Prepare, and present when required, distinct local content across all platforms that engages local audiences, including packages, scripts, interviews and breaking news. Manage talk-back callers and guests on air. Contribute to the implementation of the Local Emergency Coverage plan and communicate with relevant stakeholders as required.
