Role Overview: The pivotal Project Director role leads significant initiatives across the Middle East. You'll spearhead the delivery of our client's software platform and associated Professional Services, orchestrating communication among internal teams and a diverse set of client stakeholders. Location : Initially based in Saudi Arabia, particularly in the NEOM Region Expected to oversee projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East region, necessitating team building and support Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of key projects, ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and quality objectives. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary client contact, nurturing strong relationships and exceeding their expectations. Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the Middle East team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Technical Direction: Offer industry-informed technical guidance, explore innovative technologies, and align them with business objectives. Customer Success: Ensure seamless integration and utilization of Vault, offering ongoing support and addressing concerns proactively. Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within the Middle East market, leveraging existing client relationships and exploring new avenues for expansion. Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and devise mitigation strategies for project success. Commercial Lead: Oversee contract negotiation and provide a deep understanding of customer value chains, market conditions, and sales strategies. Reporting and Forecasting: Deliver accurate, timely reports on project activity and forecast new opportunities. Qualifications / Skills: Bachelor's degree in an engineering, architectural, or construction-related discipline. 10 years of project management experience with a proven track record in complex project delivery. Proficiency in digital workflows, project documentation, and information management. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience in client relationship management and business development. Knowledge of the construction and infrastructure industry is advantageous.
