Hands-On Leadership: Warehouse Supervisor role with an excellent team. We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a tight-knit team and take charge of daily workflow management. With a flexible start time of either 6:30am or 7am, this role requires someone skilled at prioritising daily orders and providing strong leadership to the team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this organisation promotes an excellent company culture and ensures long-term job security. The successful candidate will be hands-on, actively assisting in implementing continuous improvement and ensuring DIFOT targets are met. You will also play a key role in conducting weekly toolbox meetings and ensuring all documents are uploaded accurately. Key Responsibilities: Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and asset maintenance operations. Prioritise and allocate incoming orders to the team. Ensure efficient picking and dispatch to meet dispatch time targets. Maintain standards of health, safety, security, and shipping legislation requirements. Collaborate with sales, customer service, purchasing, and management to achieve continuous improvement objectives. Upload and scan relevant documentation. Key Requirements: Proven work experience in warehousing and supervision. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate competing priorities. Flexible and positive attitude. Excellent communication, presentation, and computer skills. LF and WA Drivers Licence. Understanding of LEAN principles would be beneficial but not necessary.
