Site Engineer NRW Pty Ltd | Pilbara Closing date: 21/12/2023 Due to continued growth NRW Civil and Mining have an opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer to join the team at our newest Civil Project. The successful candidate will have an extensive background working within the Civil industry and assist with delivering the project to a successful completion. To be considered for this position as a Site Engineer you must possess the following as a minimum: Quality audit experience within the Civil industry Tertiary degree in Engineering or a similar relevant degree Previous working experience as a Site Engineer working within the Civil industry Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel MS Project/Primavera P6 software experience or equivalent Current Australian driver's licence As a Site Engineer reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to: Scheduling preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the Project Auditing and traffic management performance Managing performance of subcontractors Reviewing all works are carried out as per project quality assurance requirements Ensuring accuracy of financial forecasts in relation to project schedules Reviewing NRW systems and practices to improve efficiency in administration Ensuring projects are completed according to approved plans Preparing, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering tasks Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications Liaising daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements Providing assistance to Project Engineers and site team with technical issues to gain approval for design changes What We Offer: Excellent salary, conditions and benefits Income Protection Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discounted Private Health Insurance Paid Parental Leave benefits Salary Sacrifice options available About Us: NRW Civil & Mining has a proud reputation of delivering diversified contract services on a range of high-profile projects.
