About the Opportunity As the receptionist you will deliver service excellence to our visitors and members through the operation and management of the front of house corporate reception services. The reception service demonstrates impeccable customer service and presents themselves in a manner commensurate with the service standard expected of RACV Members and customers. All activities will be carried out with exceptional attention to detail. This could be just the right role for you You will ensure that all visitors to the RACV Corporate Offices enjoy a “5 Star experience” Key responsibilities of the role: Maintaining immaculate presentation of the front of house areas Be the first point of contact for Employees, Visitors and Members attending the Corporate Office Maintain access passes and register for visitor’s and employees, including the regular auditing of the access card database. Ensuring new card activations and deactivations are actioned within the required timeframe. Management & ordering of consumables Management of the Contractor and Visitor Management system Have discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of services provided. Provide prompt and accurate response to telephone / e-mail enquiries and messages General Administrative Tasks as Required What you’ll need to be successful A flexible work approach and ability to adapt to a changing environment Superior customer service skills with a track record of going above and beyond for customers One Team approach and a willingness to learn The RACV difference You’ll make a difference.
