Provide excellent and efficient customer service Work closely with all the Account Managers to ensure consistent and timely communication with customers Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure promotions and programs are implemented effectively Identify gaps in product knowledge to improve knowledge base and processes To be successful in this process, you must pride yourself on having exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
