Technology Expertise: Strong understanding of current key business technologies and concepts. Demonstrated expertise in: SIEM tools: Splunk, Azure Sentinel (or similar) Vulnerability management tools: Tenable, Nessus (or similar) Windows support and troubleshooting (Windows 7-11). Networking fundamentals knowledge, with preference for CCNA or equivalent Practical experience in managing and maintaining: Windows Server (2008 to 2022). MS Active Directory, Exchange, SQL.
