The role of the Student Services and Organisation Administrator is a essential role that works as part of a team to support the daily operations of the excursion and absence procedures and services of the College. The key elements of the role include: Manage student attendance, absence registrations, SMS, and reports on the College Learning Management system (SIMON) Provide courteous and friendly reception services to all students, parents and the wider community An ability to prioritise work, and meet deadlines and service delivery targets. This role is located in a busy environment, and the successful candidate must be able to respond positively and calmly to changing priorities and competing demands. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels from diverse backgrounds. A high competency level of Microsoft Office is required.
