Provide support with events, marketing, communications and administration to ensure each stakeholder experiences consistent, timely and high-quality service. Client Details My client is a membership body protecting healthcare professionals whilst providing advice and required support where necessary. Description Event Management Support Coordination of vendors, event logistics, attendees, technology catering, brochures, promotional collateral and other activities for internal and external events. Coordinate webinar program including identifying event dates, collation of event content, promotion and AV production. Administration of event sponsorship. Communications Support Support with all marketing communications including digital, social and direct marketing. Assist with the coordination and implementation of the internal communications plan. Proof reading, formatting in line with the style guide. Maintenance of the communication calendar including social media scheduling and posts. Administration Support Process events invoices and expenses, booking of flights, filing and updating schedules and project timelines. Profile The successful candidate will hold: Experience working in a customer or member-based environment. Experience with event coordination. Experience coordination campaigns across digital, social and direct channels. Experience with administration such as producing correspondence, presentations and reports. Ability to commence asap and commit to a temporary contract until January 2024.
