The RoleThe APS 6 Health Administration Team Leader will be responsible for the management of a small collaborative team and provide support to the various health centres of Joint Health Unit - Central Australia (JHU-CA). You will be responsible for the Unit central management of but not limited to:Failure to Attend On-base and Off-base Health Appointments.Processing of Military Employment Classifications.Recall & Follow up of clinical reports and appointments.Provide assistance to the JHU-CA Credentialing Team.Coordination and oversight Unit clinical Standard Operating Procedures.Coordination and management of Joint Health Command (JHC) specific training. Coordination and management of the Unit's craft group specific professional development for APS and APS clinicians.Coordination and management of external agency information request in consultation with the JHU-CA Executive.Support as required to the JHU-CA Health Business Support team in areas such as business, logistics and workplace health and safety.About our TeamJoint Health Command (JHC) is responsible for the delivery of military medicine and joint healthcare services to over 70,000 Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel. JHC is also responsible for the health preparedness of ADF personnel for operations, and the coordination of health units for deployment in support of operations. The APS 6 Health Administration Team Leader position is part of Joint Health Unit - Central Australia (JHU-CA) Headquarters, within JHC and is based at Robertson Barracks, Holtze NT.
