The role: The Supply Chain Administration Assistant will oversee and manage various tasks related to both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Supply Chain Management administration tasks, supervising the day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures, and managing various tasks related to office administration and award management. The role requires exceptional people skills, promoting a positive team culture, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve administration processes while understanding key SCM objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage SCM administration tasks, including vendor management, vendor verification, managing sub-contractors, and other related tasks. Supervise the day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized office, manage inventory, receive and distribute mail, and assist in implementing new systems if necessary. Review data entry and records management systems and processes to ensure accuracy of records and data. Manage various tasks related to office administration, including maintaining and updating the branch contact list, managing office security cards, and managing vendor cards. Manage logistics arrangements for meeting rooms and facilities required for company events and assist in logistics arrangements to welcome visitors. Manage the Superstar Awards and Service Anniversary Awards, including generating certificates, framing and distributing them to managers, or sending soft copies to interstate managers, and activating gift cards. Requirements: Proven experience in administration, with a focus on supply chain and office management. Exceptional people skills and the ability to promote a positive team culture. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and records management systems. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
