Seeking a Senior Internal Sales Manager for a dynamic organisation specialising in the mining Automotive industry. We are currently seeking a Senior Internal Sales Manager to join a thriving, family-owned, and operated organisation. With a growing sales and marketing team and a strong focus on team culture and company values, this organisation has an excellent industry reputation and specialises in providing exceptional service and premium mining-specific products. Working from 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday, this position will be supported by an experienced internal team, and ongoing product training will be provided to ensure your success. This role is also heavily supported by an internal administration team that can assist with quoting and lead generation. Based in the Canning Vale head office, this role will primarily be responsible for maximising sales opportunities with new and existing clients across Australia. Primarily servicing rural mining workshops, this role requires effective client engagement and the ability to deliver professional video presentations. Key Responsibilities: Qualify prospects, understanding their needs and pain points. Utilise your sales skills to close opportunities and meet sales targets. Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and virtual presentations, to engage potential clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research, Marketing, and Customer Service, to streamline the sales process. Key Requirements: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and persuade potential clients. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals. Ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to collective success. Comfortable with virtual presentations and proficient in using remote communication tools. Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise outbound sales activities efficiently.
