We are looking for experienced Sales Manager or Director in the Construction and Infrastructure area to lead the growth and expansion of Adecco product offerings. About Us Where should we start? About The Role Consistently identifying, evaluating and growing existing business as well as new business opportunities. Engaging in focused growth activities with a view to developing opportunities and brand strengthening. Conducting regular business planning. Actively promote the Adecco brand in the market in coordination with marketing for local advertising, marketing, seminars etc. Actively work to grow existing clients using a variety of means including marketing, networking etc. Develop tenders and proposals for new clients as required. To support the requirements of existing clients providing pricing and service information as required. Establish and maintain effective client relationships. Ensure that service delivery is of the highest standard for clients and candidates. Develop, present and deliver services that are tailored to client's needs and are delivered in accordance with all compliance requirements and SOP process by Adecco. Actively promote a full range of Adecco's services including those of specialist brands. About You Relevant experience in the recruitment industry. Proven track record of sales and ability to generate lead for other brands within the Adecco Group. Exposure to financial reporting. Time management skills. Customer service skills. Ability to work in a pressured environment and think on your feet and make decisions.
