As a Manager in the team, you will review and enhance the compliance and risk management framework across multiple retail products and advise and assist key stakeholders to meet their compliance requirements, including documenting the existence and adequacy of controls. You will work closely with the business on new and amended regulations and standards and assist with assessing business impacts as well as perform targeted compliance risk and policy reviews. You will play a key role in incident management and breach reporting, tracking identified control improvements and actions to ensure they are implemented. What you offer Experience in a risk management/compliance role within the banking and financial services sector, ideally retail banking Strong communication and interpersonal skills High degree of commercial acumen, resilience and judgement Ability to deliver in a fast paced, output focused environment with strong attention to detail.
