Change Analyst (Organisational Design & New Operating Model) Inner Eastern Suburbs 6 Month on multiyear program with a good chance of extension $750 - $900 a day inclusive of super Talenza have been engaged by an Australia institution to source an experienced Change Analyst to work with the organisation as they embark on the creation of a new business unit. The organisation is looking for candidates with experience in organisational design, new ways of working and cultural change management. About you You will a Change Analyst with experience in: Organizational design: Evaluate and optimize our organizational structure and roles to ensure they align with our strategic direction. Conduct organizational design assessments, analyse reporting lines, span of control, and departmental relationships. Assessing a business units Current State: This includes the collation of responsibilities per function in current state, undertaking detailed current state capability analysis and mapping to future state and capturing current key activities that will not continue into the new business unit, and work through risks and mitigation plans Evaluating and planning proposed state for a new business unit: This includes collation of responsibilities per function in proposed state, strawman design of new roles and expectations as per business case for the new business unit. Determining capability requirements of the new business unit and process mapping against the value chain (current and future state) Creating documentation and communication material in line with the creation of a new business: Drafting new PD's and creation of engagement materials for operating model major change consultation activity Change Management: This includes detailed change impact assessment (people, process & systems), change readiness assessment, people impact preparation and staff training and development requirements for future state Benefits Company culture built on accountability, autonomy, and learning $750 - $900 a day inclusive of super 6-month daily rate contract on a multiyear program with a good chance of extension 2 - 3 days in the office (WFH / "work from home") How to apply Click apply with a WORD copy of your resume.
