We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our long-standing dental practice in Vincentia on a casual basis, experience is preferred but not essential. We provide our patients a range of services in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Our lovely team is highly experienced and friendly, with a great work ethic, all motivated in the success of the practice. As a casual Dental Assistant, it is expected that the successful candidate will be a great team player with flexibility to work as rostered with hours over Monday to Friday 7.30am to 6pm, one late evening and Saturday 8am to 1pm (rotating Saturday). Your primary responsibilities will be chairside assisting, sterilisation and admin tasks as required. To be successful in the role you will have: Excellent communication skills and be able to establish a rapport with new and existing patients A commitment to providing excellent care to our patients Experience with Oasis, chairside assisting and sterilisation (ideal, but not essential). A Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting (will be highly regarded) Up to date COVID vaccination Your own transport The ideal candidate will be a team player, well presented, organised and have a can-do attitude. The role will suit someone who is flexible, reliable and has a strong work ethic.
