What you'll be doing: Simplifying actions and prioritising the most important activities for the Sales team Focused on lead optimization, data assignment, issue resolution, performance reviews, and data insight Working with multiple data sources to identify key accounts for sales follow-up Analysing business needs and providing data to support internal and external sales teams Maintaining customer and master data, including account attributes (SalesForce) Building and fostering a team approach across operational functions Creating simplified data summaries for distribution Recording daily allocation of accounts to the sales team, activity associated, and overall outcome of support structure Measuring the success of activities and their impact on base growth What you'll bring to the team: Ability to manipulate and analyse data within Excel & PowerPoint Proven ability to communicate with Senior Leaders and Sales teams Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy Affinity with sales processes & sales tools Experience building Dashboards and Reports - Salesforce Ability to quickly grasp and communicate the relationship between processes and systems Embrace and adapt quickly and effectively to changing environments and initiatives Perks This employer supports hybrid - work from home or office ( Sydney CBD ) Enjoy Paid Public Holidays & additional "Recharge" Days What's Next?
