Role You will join a growing design function of three and lead design for the mobile squad. You’ll have the opportunity to prioritise and enhance the overall user experience, boost engagement, and help bring our ambitious plans to life. You’ll champion collaboration and work with mobile developers, amongst others, to deliver the best outcome based on our customer research. Responsibilities Leading design in the mobile squad, you will deliver an interactive and engaging mobile experience. Foster close collaborations with product leads and mobile developers, emphasising constant collaboration between designers and engineers. Iterate on product design within a unified design system, ensuring alignment with the desired customer outcomes. Collaborate closely with key internal experts to gather valuable insights and feedback. Cultivate and maintain relationships with these stakeholders, actively contributing to your education in financial services. Collaborate with the Growth and Research leads to increase activation, retention, and engagement Work closely with the squad leads to instil a culture of building a world-class mobile product. Act as the custodian of our design system, the Figma source of truth, and design processes. Ensure consistency and scalability by maintaining and evolving the design system to meet the needs of the evolving product landscape.
