Customer Service: Manage relationships with key external partners in ANZ eg. DHL, HCL, major wholesalers, ePharmacy, Market Reach ensure smooth operational execution of agreed contracts / logistics / supply chain requirements onboarding & ongoing relationship management In collaboration with Territory Managers, support key commercial accounts in ANZ including direct customers, GP surgeries and hospitals acting as liaison with external partners to ensure high-quality service partnering with Territory Manager for each key account to drive sales manage relationships with key stakeholders e.g., pharmacy, procurement, practice manager, etc. Manage order administrative process with overseas suppliers based on the forecasts provided by management e.g., placing orders and monitoring incoming shipments Supply Chain Management: Coordinates imports of materials and products into AU and exports to NZ. Works with the business team to ensure sufficient inventory & forecast management & reporting in AU and NZ Analyses and monitors backorders, sales, and inventory. Keeps track of purchase orders, due dates, deliveries, and the prioritisation schedule for incoming overseas shipments Quality & Compliance: In accordance with national legislation maintain accurate report of expenses, customer files and field reports, communicate required information as needed according to local regulations. Commit to facilitate and share documents to identify, notify and ensure any complaints or problems are addressed. Performs all mandatory trainings and e-learning program within the requested timeline, as assigned or requested from time to time. To be successful you will Possess: Minimum 3 years customer service or logistics experience Knowledge of pharmacovigilance an advantage but full training will be given Great communication skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude A true passion for customer service What's in it for you?
