With a focus on excellence and innovation, they are expanding their team in Mackay and seeking a dynamic individual to join as a Customer Service / Sales Support person. Position Overview: As a Customer Service / Sales Support team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service. This position involves providing support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with valued clients. Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Provide product information and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and timely deliveries. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs. Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner. Maintain accurate and organized customer records in our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to enhance your ability to assist customers. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in an industrial products or similar industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
