What's the role? Reporting to the Group Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and driving advertising sales strategies and innovative campaign briefs for a portfolio of clients to increase their audience reach and maximise advertising revenue. Develop, implement and manage strategic business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets Negotiate major deals, identifying new opportunities and areas for business improvement Manage renewal of contracts ensuring delivery of key client and business objectives Develop deep relationships with key clients to understand objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes, forming long term partnerships in order to drive revenue opportunities Resolve issues to ensure key client satisfaction Maintain an awareness of competitors and monitor their activities. Who are you? You will be an experienced and commercially savvy professional who ideally has experience in Agency, Digital and/or Media environments You will have a fresh and dynamic approach to driving sales strategies across various platforms for both revenue growth and retention You will have outstanding negotiation skills in addition to being able to think strategically and act tactically You have experience leading and implementing cross-platform strategic partnerships You will be agile, forward-thinking and thrive within a high-performance culture to achieve sales targets and drive results You're a natural networker who understands what is required to build effective relationships.
