australia sydney contract au$35 - au$43.25 per hour Talent International is currently recruiting for an Estate Planning Legal Clerk to work for an NSW Government client based in Sydney. This is contract role 8-months contract with the view to be extended. The role is paying $35 – $43.25 per hour plus super (depending on experience). 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week Initially 5 days in the office for the first week. After that 3 days in the office/2 days WFH. Primary purpose of the role The role is a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders to assist with enquiries and deliver excellent customer service. The role also provides administrative support to the client’s teams to ensure the provision of seamless services that are customer and outcomes focused. Key accountabilities Act as a point of contact and responding to enquiries from customers and stakeholders to provide a timely and effective information and referral service for client’s customers. Undertake a range of administrative support services relating to the work of the team and division, including, but not limited to, word processing, data entry, fee agreements, correspondence and meeting papers and minutes, maintaining electronic and file records (including file closure and safe custody of document processes) and support with meetings and events. Prepare legal documents (such as Powers of Attorney, Appointments of Enduring Guardianship and Wills) and witness documents. Collaborate with Customer Experience Division to deliver consistent and co-ordinated advice to customers by maintaining a contemporary approach to service delivery and customer engagement through a range of strategies including face-to-face, video conferencing at location and remotely. Undertake routine administrative tasks and activities in accordance with relevant policies, practices and standards. Exemplify high performance through role modelling client’s Customer Excellence Principles, values and behaviours. Key challenges Provide administration, phone and email management services to a range of internal and external customers in a high-volume working environment and determining the appropriate response or allocation of the enquiry. Maintain sensitivity, accuracy, discretion and a professional manner in handling enquiries, issues and files. Manage work outputs, competing demands/priorities to generate favourable customer outcomes for all customers/stakeholders.
