My People Solutions Recruitment are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who have experience of working with children, young adults & older adults with Mental Health, Autism, ADHD, Anxiety & Depression who are committed to delivering quality care for their clients, to work with a specialist leading provider of NDIS services for people with mental health who are neurodivergent affirming across the Melbourne metro and surrounding areas . Our client has various shifts available (e.g., Monday to Friday early morning 6am to 8am , weekdays daytime, afternoons , 4pm to 6pm or 5pm to 7pm ) and limited shifts available on weekends particularly Saturday mornings and Saturday afternoons. Requirements Experience of working with, or lived experience of working with, children, young adults & older adults with Mental Health, Autism, ADHD, Depression & Anxiety. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check. A current Police Check, Vaccinations (including COVID), CPR & First Aid & the right to work in Australia. Driving Licence and access to a reliable car are essential. Cert III Individual Supports, Cert IV Disability and / or Mental Health Care Qualification, will be highly regarded. Integrity, honesty & reliability is critical for this role. NOTE: All the roles available include some level of personal care and assistance as a standard part of the support workers role.
