The Position Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Deal with large and major retailers to ensure orders and enquiries are processed in accordance with company policies Answer incoming customer enquiries, providing effective communication regarding updates and ETA's Manage the clams and warranty process Streamline and maintain processes to efficiently deliver orders arriving via automated workflows Analyse customer issues and opportunities and propose solutions when necessary or required Liaise with internal stakeholder groups to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns Process product warranties and credits through the internal system Inventory management, reviewing stock levels availability in SAP The Candidate The successful candidate will come from a product-based background within the retail, manufacturing or distribution industry and will display: Demonstrated knowledge of the order-to-delivery process Proficient in quickly learning systems and processes A team player with the ability to multi-task System savvy and can navigate a variety of portals Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Experience using SAP and proficient in Excel If you have experience in order management, have a product base background and care for career growth, please submit your application or contact Lauren Toledo on 03 9088 2279 for a confidential discussion.
