You will provide an awesome customer experience and will be the first point of contact when a customer requires information or updates on their build. Responsibilities include: Communicate with key stakeholders to proactively gain build updates Ensuring Customers are regularly updated on the progress of their build Prepare all required documentation and administration Onsite key handover with our customers What can you bring?
