About the Role Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for vibrant and motivated individuals to join our journey in raising the standard of care provided to people living with a disability. Components of the role can include Personal Care, Implementing Behaviour Support Plans, Implementing Authorised Restrictive Practices, Medication Administration, Manual Handling, Transport, and Facilitating Social and Community Engagement. About You 12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker Relevant Tertiary Qualification Manual Handling Certificate Medication Administration Certificate Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Driver’s License & Car NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC Experience working with clients with complex mental health, behaviours of concern, & physical disabilities.
