The Role We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team in our Riverview office. As we continue to grow, we are seeking someone that is highly motivated and experienced with a strong focus on finance, encompassing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel, mobilisation and operational administration, to join our team. As the Administration Manager, your multifaceted role, liaising with managers, customers and supplies whilst upholding strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment. Supervise and lead the administrative team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture while optimizing workflows and ensuring efficiencies. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure optimal performance. Generation of KPI, weekly reports as required. Oversee payroll processes related to invoicing, ensuring completeness, accuracy of timesheets and supporting documents are aligned with job activity. Create, administer, and receipt purchase orders and work orders as requested; liaise with payroll on any discrepancies. Identify areas for process improvement, particularly in relation to financial workflows, mobilisation and operational efficiency. Serve as a liaison between various departments, facilitating effective communication, especially between administration and operations. Assist with travel arrangements and mobilisation for operation personnel, including compliance reviews and booking medicals. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers. Develop and enforce administrative and financial policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards. The successful applicant will ideally have: Proven experience as an Administration Manager or in a similar role. Solid understanding of financial management principles. Experience with payroll systems and invoicing software (Pronto is desirable). Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Intermediate Excel (essential). About Us SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
