About the Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and safety focused Warehouse Manager to join the CW Products Victorian team at the Ravenhall office. If you possess exceptional customer service and organisational skills, demonstrate a steadfast commitment to safety and quality, exhibit a proactive work ethic, and showcase outstanding communication abilities, we encourage you to get in touch with us Key Responsibilities: Organise warehouse stock logically for easy retrieval. Label racking with part descriptions and numbers. Update computer system with accurate stocking locations. Foster a collaborative workplace culture. 2 direct reports. Staff discipline as needed. Assist in recruitment if necessary. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist in purchasing when required. Ensure accurate processing of transfers and item reclassifications. Verify stock records through receipt checks, storage allocation, and documentation creation. Supervise order picking and packing, coordinate stocktakes, and uphold delivery timelines. Adhere to company OHS policies for safe work practices. Facilitate timely replenishment from Warehouse to Manufacturing. Ensure prompt response to radio communications from Manufacturing. Provide high-level customer service and process orders promptly ‘What you look like’ and need to demonstrate to be successful’. High level of customer service Strong focus on quality and safety Leadership skills and experience Excellent computer, literacy and numeracy skills A current driver’s license. Forklift license - preferable Need for 100% accuracy. Clean and tidy nature. Communication and interpersonal skills. Physically able to load and unload products Strong professional standards and presentation. Strong focus on teamwork, collaboration and supporting others to succeed. A proactive and can-do attitude.
