Client side opportunity for globally positioned data centre operator, construction and fit-out projects in a hyperscale environment Project Manager | Hyperscale Data Centres Location: Melbourne Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 super Overview Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a first-class client-side Project Manager to manage upcoming pipeline of hyperscale Data Centre projects. As a Project Manager, supported by the Project Director, you will manage multi-million dollar technical construction / fit-out projects, overseeing the project scope, project quality, timelines and budgets. Responsibilities Managing external project management consultants Project cost and contract management. Day to day project reporting Interface and manage communications with internal and external teams Develop and execute project management plans Concurrently manage multiple projects Project reviews and audits, construct-ability reviews, commissioning and project close out Requirements 4 years minimum of project/construction management experience in major technical construction / fit-out / upgrade projects - ideally in a hyperscale data centre environment, however other highly critical environments will also be considered Bachelor’s degree, preferably in construction, QS, civil engineering or construction related. Project management qualification highly desirable High level communication skill with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate competing priorities
