In this role you will be responsible for providing administration and project coordination support to the Retail Operations team. Get excited to: Partner closely and support the Global General Manager of Retail Operations and the Retail Operations Manager General administration, calendar organization & travel coordination General retail cost control & management Provide general support to all retail facing projects, incentives & initiatives covering communications, costs & execution Compiling and distributing retail communications across email, direct store mail & the World Manager L&D platform Manage the inventory, cost & distribution of retail consumables Monitor, manage & report on key retail platforms encompassing Online Fulfilment, Voice of Customer & iAudit Coordinate & distribute retail rewards & allowances that relate to incentive schemes & employee entitlements Coordinate planning & execution of retail meetings, conferences and events THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US Strong communication skills both written and verbal Experience & confidence across the Microsoft suite, specifically Word, Excel & Power Point Outlook calendar management experience High attention to detail Ability to think & learn on your feet, to solve complex problems quickly Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders with confidence A passion for Retail and the Fashion Industry, previous retail experience preferred Previous administration or reception experience preferred THE PERKS WE OFFER YOU At Forever New, our people and customers are the heart and soul of everything we do.
