Customer Service Trainee Customer Service Trainee – School Leaver Classification: Fulltime (2 year fixed term contract) Location: IRT Market Street As a Customer Service Trainee you’ll undertake studies towards a Certificate III in Customer Engagement, including elective choices in Sales. In this position, you will contribute positively to promoting IRT within the community, and assisting our clients while providing excellence customer service. This position is based between IRT Market Street, and working from home. The role is full-time working Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm and is on a 2 year fixed term with the possibility of turning permanent on completion.
