The role: This role will play a crucial role in developing design solutions. Reporting to the Principal Structural Engineer, you will: • Develop detailed structural designs in compliance with Australian Standards • Ensure project completion meets program, budget, quality, environmental, and contractual obligations safely and to quality standards. • Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders • Support implementation of quality, work health and safety, and environmental management plans • Monitor daily work activities, optimise plant and resource utilisation, and foster positive communication to promote a strong team culture What you’ll need to succeed The successful candidate will ideally possess: • A sense of humour. • A recognised and relevant design/drafting qualification. An Associate Degree in Engineering will be highly regarded but is not mandatory for the right applicant. • Previous experience in an Australian-based structural engineering role. • Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards and experience preparing detailed structural design an analysis solutions. • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
