Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Join us in the exciting expansion of operations with one of our amazing clients, at our Robina site We are looking for Customer Service Specialists, to join our vibrant new team, working with one of Australia's leading superannuation funds. Key Role Details: Start date 12th February 2024 $26.18 per hour super and penalty rates Permanent full-time opportunities Operating Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm Inbound contact centre role 4 weeks full time paid training Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for customer service and account management Understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experience Assist customers to understand their superannuation requirements Supporting customers in managing their finances for retirement Guide employers through their employee superannuation obligations Conduct eligibility checks for early release of super Work across systems and knowledge base to successfully address customer enquiries Maintain strict confidentiality while dealing with personal and sensitive information What's in it for you? You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers.
