About the role We are excited to announce that we are on the lookout for an Administrator to join our team in our Welshpool office, working with a collaborative and friendly team from Mondays to Fridays to perform a variety of administrative tasks, including administrating commercial invoices, scheduling appointments and planning meetings. The ideal candidate will have an organization skills and time management to manage the office space whilst collaborating with management in a face-paced environment. What you will be doing Proven work experience as an administrator; In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations; Competent user of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel; Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, monitors and work stations; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong organizational and time-management skills; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members; Strong commitment to safety and compliance, with a demonstrated ability to enforce protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness. What you will bring Advanced knowledge in MS Excel (i.e., Pivot tables, formula's, data management); Experience/exposure to MS Power BI; Strong knowledge of travel management systems; Experience working with contracts and invoicing; Experience/exposure to international currencies and global administration.
