Description During this role you will be responsible for: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals, including order accuracy, on-time delivery, and productivity targets. Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods, ensuring accuracy in inventory records and implementing efficient inventory control measures. Monitor and enforce quality standards for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with quality and safety guidelines. Streamline warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Implement best practices to optimize workflow and resource utilization. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for warehouse staff. Profile To be successful in this role you will have: Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a logistics environment. Must have experience within the 3PL industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes. Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to creating a safe work environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software. Job Offer Career progression available. $75,000 - $80,000 per annum superannuation bonus.
