Responding to general customer enquiries promptly and attentively, ensuring departmental confidentiality policies are met at all times. Recognising and referring complex issues and enquiries to the relevant teams, ensuring quick resolution of all customer queries. Maintaining knowledge of departmental policies, legislation and business processes, ensuring the efficient and effective response to customer needs. Maintaining accurate records in a Customer Management System to ensure that all queries can be dealt with in a timely manner. You… To qualify for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the personal qualities below: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a high-volume contact centre environment. Experience in navigating large and complex organisations, particularly within sectors such as banking and finance or government would be advantageous. Exceptional customer service skills.
