• Key role with a well-known and respected Legal firm • Interviewing now for January 2024 start date • Lead by example and ‘set the bar’ for customer service This is an exciting, full-time role where you will be drawing on your experience to run and manage the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy front desk reception area. With the assistance of 2 - 3 other part-time receptionists, you will be the linchpin. Your role will be to ensure all clients are offered a superior, professional level of customer service, via all modes of contact – phone, face-to-face, email or general correspondence. Approximately 50% of the role involves answering phone calls, taking messages (via Outlook), screening, announcing callers and transferring calls for 4 Legal entities. (No employees have direct lines.) The nature of the industry requires the utmost professionalism, efficiency, discretion, confidentiality, and sensitivity. This is an opportunity to draw on your previous corporate customer service experience and make your mark here as you ‘set the bar’ for service levels that meet and exceed customer service levels. Set a goal of creating that ‘wow’ factor for all clients Besides answering phone calls, other duties will include: · Meeting and greeting clients face-to-face · Ensuring the front reception area is always clean and tidy · Diary management/booking meeting rooms · Complying with Covid safe work practices · Receiving and distributing mail / DX · Using Open Practice inquiry screen as an information database · Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy and supplies maintained · Daily maintenance of coffee machine · Responsibility for night switch and entry door security Attention to detail, good keyboard skills and computer literacy, along with corporate presentation and a smiling, friendly face are of course essential. We are seeking a Receptionist ‘extraordinaire’ whose experience demonstrates your professionalism and ability to build rapport and provide great service.
