We are looking for exceptional talent to join our Trenery Williamstown store over the festive season. Trenery is designed for women and men who appreciate the beauty of simple, sophisticated collections that are modern in approach and timeless in style. Designed in Melbourne, Trenery pieces are true staples in any wardrobe—grounded in considered design, traditional craftsmanship, and premium fabrications sourced from around the world. Trenery is part of Country Road Group, a design-led portfolio of premium brands providing everything needed for a modern lifestyle. We are looking for a flexible approach to working hours (weekends shifts and late nights included) and full availability throughout October 2023 to January 2024, is required for this role. Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing. Understand the brand and CRG strategy and how your role contributes to the delivery demonstrating this in your day-to-day work. Utilise tools available to keep yourself up to date with the latest products so you can share that knowledge with your customer. Assist with the execution of store visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards. Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention and provide recommendations to your leader on opportunities for improvement.
