Provide technical delivery and operational support for Mining Technology initiatives comprising networks, infrastructure, and systems across surface and underground environments. Provide guidance and tooling to empower clients and sites to operate self-sufficient and resilient Operational Technology (OT) systems. Position Objectives / KPI's Develop high and low-level network, infrastructure, and systems designs for site and client project requirements Engage with sites and clients to determine network and systems infrastructure requirements. Deliver OT network and systems infrastructure to project and internal requirements. Transition networks and systems into the Operational Support function with appropriate documentation, handover, and tooling. Provide continuing level 3 technical support of productionised operational networks, infrastructure, and systems. Maintain trial and production OT network and systems infrastructure. Maintain and develop documentation and configurations of OT network and infrastructure systems. Maintain and develop supporting systems for OT network and infrastructure management. Maintain updates and patching of OT network, infrastructure, and supporting systems. Contribute to the secure and efficient operation of OT networks through appropriate monitoring. Champion network and systems progression through DevOps principles such as automation, and infrastructure-as-code. Upskill and transfer knowledge to site resources and provide remote network support. Education, Qualifications & Training Degree (Information Technology or Computer Science); or Certificates (Information Technology, Network Engineering) Network vendor certifications or progression towards desirable (CCNA, PCNSE or equivalent) Current and Valid Australian Manual Drivers Licence (C-Class minimum)
