An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Analyst to join the team at our Sydney CBD Head Office. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a hybrid working model. We are flexible with the work location for someone with the right skills, experience and attitude The Opportunity Working as part of the Sales Operations Team within Stockland Communities, your role will be responsible for maximising financial business performance by providing in depth and quality analysis of business trends and performance. Some of the responsibilities include: Maintain and enhance suite of sales reporting systems including management reporting on sales and settlement performance, demand forecasting, pipeline management, inventory, conversion, run rates and sales efficiency and effectiveness. Involvement in embedding of new systems. Ensuring accurate and timely reports including appropriate analysis and trend commentary. Identifying key sales and customer trends affecting the Stockland portfolio to alert the business of risks and opportunities. Assisting in the management and analysis of the quarterly sales bonus scheme. Providing recommendations and implementing improvements to business reporting systems, processes, and tools to improve decision making information. Driving alignment between business units for key reporting and insights. To be successful in this role you: Must have previous experience in an analytics/reporting role, ideally in property, or financial services. Must have previous experience in using PowerBI, MS Excel, SQL programming, Salesforce and SAP systems. Experience in analysing and interpreting large data sets and can leverage information to produce comprehensive business insights. Proven experience in managing stakeholders and collaborating with the business.
