Application Support Engineer Bankstown Up to $120k plus super Key Responsibilities: - Provide level 2/3 technical support to employees and customers, addressing software and hardware issues. - Provide application support for current and future line of business applications. - Create and maintain scripts or applications to automate routine tasks and boost efficiency. - Assist in planning and executing IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, rollouts, and customer integrations. - Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure, using technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Office 365. - Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
