Job Summary As the Trade & Sales Support, Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing Trading and Sales Support services to APAC Businesses in line with the operations procedures and bank standing orders. As the Trade & Sales Support, Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing Trading and Sales Support services to APAC Businesses in line with the operations procedures and bank standing orders. What will you do? Provide operational support to trading and sales on multi asset classes. Specialise in oversight of daily Collateral Management activities for Central Funding Group (Australia). Act as an intermediary between clients and Front Office, as well as further liaison with Regional/Global Business and Client Services, Finance, Compliance, Technology, etc. Trade validation and enrichment: Validate trades captured by Front Office systems have the necessary data quality/completeness required for downstream processing, perform trade enrichment if required with necessary authorisation. Validate trades against confirmation details received from Front Office or client to ensure booking alignment. Manage any Collateral Margin requirements partnering with both Front Office & Business and Client Services Malaysia settlement/clearing teams. Trade Lifecycle Management including but not limited to; margins, collateral, coupon fixing, redemption, exercises, assignments & expiries, unwinds, corporate actions. Troubleshoot trade booking issues/trade flow issues. Monitor and investigate settlement issues with Business and Client Services /Clients and escalate to Front Office trading/sales for awareness. Perform reconciliations and reporting as required in role. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Degree educated 5-6 years' experience in Trade Support and with a level of Collateral Management experience Experience within trade processing and support Good working knowledge of Australian markets Strong understanding of local Australian markets including Repo activities Understanding of operations and settlements Excellent attention to detail Can work well as an individual as well as a team Good interpersonal communication skills both internally and externally Good PC skills What's in it for you?
